In the Proposal stage, consultants and clients focus on defining the project approach as well as the appropriate timeline and fees.
Requesting a Proposal
After having a scoping call, the company sends a request for proposal by pressing ‘Extend proposal’ within the messages tab.
When the request for proposal has been sent, the consultant will be able to extend the proposal within their messages tab by pressing +Proposal.
For your protection and per our policies, both parties are encouraged to communicate in the messaging tab to schedule calls to discuss live.
Neo-Gen recommends raising any outstanding questions around client needs and expectations during the proposal phase, as discussing these items in detail prior to the start of a project helps to ensure a successful engagement.
Consultants complete fields in the Proposal form with the details of the proposed approach, timeline and fees, and requests client approval of the proposal via the platform.
