EXTENDING AGREEMENT

An agreement is included automatically in the platform based on proposal details.

In the Agreement phase, the details from the approved proposal are pre-populated into the Project Agreement template for consultant and client review.

The agreement contains the key details from the proposal.

Key Steps in the Agreement Process

The consultant presses approve agreement after the  company sends the agreement.

When a consultant is ready to review the agreement, the Pending tab in the project dashboard tab will be populated where you can review and approve.

Expert and client review the Project Agreement and complete required fields.

Clients and consultants are guided through the required fields for each required text box. Details from the expert’s proposal are automatically populated into the agreement into fixed fields that cannot be edited.

A copy of the fully executed Project Agreement will be emailed to both parties and stored in the Neo-Gen     platform, where it can be viewed at any time.

When the Consultant accepts the agreement, the Active tab in the Project dashboard is populated.
